What happened
With the Nazi Party permitted to resume activity, Hitler re-established the movement and reorganized it around a strategy of disciplined party building, propaganda, and electoral growth.
Why it matters
This event marks the shift from failed putschism to long-term movement construction. Without the party's relaunch on this basis, the later Nazi breakthrough in the crisis years would have been far less likely.
